Catherine Roberts

Catherine blends creativity with a keen eye for detail, overseeing projects from concept to completion using compelling visuals and narratives. She has directed and produced programmes for BBC, Channel 4, ITV, Sky and Channel 5 on a range of programs from reality shows like Shipwrecked and I’m a celebrity... get me out of here! to documentaries like Junior Doctors. Her true passion lies in crafting films that highlight the resilience and tenacity of vulnerable groups of society. Since 2024, she has focused exclusively on campaign and charity films

Justin Lennox-Bradley

Justin has a legacy of directing some of the uk’s most iconic inaugural television shows including big brother, fame academy and love island. He also boasts an impressive corporate resume collaborating with brands such as john lewis, American express, Microsoft, Samsung and Panasonic. What really fuels Justin is his passion for crafting visually stunning films that tell a story.

Caroline Law

With a background in BBC video journalism, news and current affairs - Caroline has an inherent instinct for creating captivating television and picking out the heart of a story. Having found a love of editing, she has spent decades programme making for BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Sky and Discovery. She has worked on programmes ranging from Women on the force to Dispatches and is often trusted to tell the most compelling stories with sensitivity.

With a career spanning over 20 years, Martin has edited shows for BBC, ITV, Sky, Discovery, Channel 4, and Channel 5 covering shows from Interior Design masters to Saving lives at Sea – including a dramatic migrants rescue. Passionate about storytelling that challenges perceptions, he creates compelling content that informs, inspires, and entertains. He also edits online content for corporate clients and charities, crafting stories that connect with audiences.

Tom is an accomplished editor whose dynamic career has covered live events, branded content, and high-end sports promotions, including the Olympics and World Cups. Beyond the sports world, Tom has edited acclaimed factual programs for major broadcasters including award-winning shows such as The Repair Shop and Drive to Survive, known for his creative vision and dedication, Tom continues to shape compelling narratives for screen audiences worldwide.
